Today was a #BigDay for our team. We were able to meet and have an in-depth conversation about one of the key quality management aspects of DSW, "shoe-phoria." The clever term is representative of the order processing and tracking system, which DSW now relies on to satisfy customer orders with emphasis on quality control. At this point in time, team-mates, Melanie, Karla, Alejandra, Edward and I are interested in digging deeper to find out just how this "Shoe-phoria" system contributes to customer service.
